AWH Engineering College has an independent placement office focused to cater to the needs of leading organizations in conducting campus interviews for the final year students of AWH Engineering College. It is headed by a senior professor with additional charge and supported by a fulltime, permanent placement coordinator. The office is assisted by student representatives from various branches of study. The placement office ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality to the HR team from various companies.
The placement office functions with facilities for PPT, written test, group discussions and interviews. It plays a key role in career counseling and guiding of students of AWH Engineering College for their successful career placement.This includes advising the students on placement procedures, directing them on resume preparation,giving training in group discussions, interviews and written tests. This office also co-ordinates the various activities related to institute-industry interaction.
AWH Engineering College has a Campus Placement HUB of Malabar(CAPHUM)to cater to the placement needs of the self financing engineering colleges in Malabar.
CAMPUS PLACEMENT PROCEDURE

Organisations are invited to the college by the placement office.

The resume of final year students is sent to the responding companies upon request.

The company is assigned a convenient date and pre placement talk is arranged on that date.

The company officials conduct tests ,group discussions and interviews from the campus.

The results are published the same day.

Organisations send appointment letters to the students through the placement cell.
